Digital Sales & Account Executive

Roles Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through targeted customer base, inbound leads, and referred business
  • Assist in growing business from existing / maintaining relationships, existing clients or past prospects
  • Qualify and closing prospective clients that fit our company focus
  • Devise and execute sales / digital strategies to win target clients
  • Accurately recording information, details of correspondence and sales activities in our HubSpot CRM system
  • Manage all aspects of building and maintaining client relationship / sales pipeline / funnel
  • Serve as the Clients' advocate within our organization to ensure our commitments are delivered on time and are in line with expectations
  • Collaborate with internal to manage all phases of client engagement including account planning, organic and local SEO, paid media, website development, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop, present & discuss client’s digital strategy / campaigns ideas / digital campaign performance updates
  • Meet & exceed weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue quotas, sales goals, KPI’s and performance activity
  • Represent company at industry conferences
  • Other sales / account management duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of solid work experience in digital marketing consulting with experience in an sales / account management function
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience making high volume outbound calls per day (75-100+)
  • Self- motivated, disciplined and thrive in an independent work environment

Web Project Manager

Roles Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and give clear instructions to design + development team.
  • Ability to drive discussions relating to integration of web applications with 3rd party applications.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to team.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Assure that all projects are completed according to schedule.
  • Ensure that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Ensure that approved requirements are developed in sufficient scope and detail that will result in the delivery of a solution that meets customer needs as they perceive them.
  • Lead client meetings as required.

  • Monitor and report on key project metrics used to measure project delivery and quality.

Roles Responsibilities
