Cross-Channel PPC Report Builder

Stop stitching screenshots together. Enter each channel's spend and results and get one clean report with your blended ROAS and CPA, a per-channel breakdown, and a written summary your boss will actually read.

The short version: paste in what each channel spent and produced, Google, Meta, Amazon, anything, and this builder rolls them into a single profit-first report: total and blended CPA and ROAS, each channel's share of spend and revenue, a ranking by efficiency, and a plain-English executive summary you can copy straight into an email or deck.

What you get

One report that answers the only question leadership really asks: is our paid media making money? Enter what each channel spent and produced and the builder rolls it into your blended ROAS and cost per conversion, a clean per-channel breakdown showing each platform's share of spend and revenue and its own efficiency, a ranking from best to worst, and a written executive summary you can paste straight into an email or a slide. If you add your margin, it carries the numbers all the way to profit.

How it works

  1. Add a row for each channel, Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, whatever you run, with its spend, conversions and revenue.
  2. Add your gross margin if you want a profit view.
  3. Build the report to see blended and per-channel numbers.
  4. Copy the executive summary, or save the scorecard as an image.

Why blended beats platform numbers

Every ad platform is graded on its own homework. Google claims the conversion, Meta claims the same conversion, Amazon claims it too, so if you add up each platform's reported ROAS you get a number that looks great and is quietly fiction. The honest figure is blended: total revenue over total spend, from one source of truth. That is the number a report to a CEO or a CFO should lead with, because it is the one that reflects whether the whole paid-media effort is actually profitable. This builder puts that number front and centre, then shows the per-channel detail underneath so you can see where to move budget, all without a paid reporting platform.

Frequently asked questions

What is blended ROAS?
Total revenue across all channels divided by total spend across all channels. It reveals whether paid media as a whole is profitable, which platform-by-platform numbers hide.
Why not use each platform's own numbers?
Because platforms over-credit themselves and double-count shared conversions. Adding up their reported ROAS overstates results. A blended view from one source of truth is the honest number.
What should a good PPC report show?
Business outcomes first: spend, revenue, blended CPA and ROAS, ideally profit, then a per-channel breakdown and a short narrative. Clicks and impressions are supporting detail, not the headline.
Can I include Amazon, LinkedIn or TikTok?
Yes, add a row for any channel. The builder blends whatever you enter, so it fits any mix of search, social and retail media.
Is it free?
Yes, free with no login, built in your browser. Share your details once to open the full table and copyable summary.
Does it store my data?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
