American Tours receives over 30k invoices are received in year that need to be entered into Accounting System (most of them are received as a fax and even handwritten documents). The client has hired a team of over 10 people for data entry. Despite the manpower, there are delays in payments, inaccurate accounting and entries, and several reporting challenges.
Solution
Digital Success built an OCR with AI-powered Invoice specialist to ensure that entries are automatically scanned and invoices are forwarded to a shared drive or an email. The data extracted is entered into the account system automatically, rejected invoices sent for manual entry and deep learning.
